1-on-1 Coaching

With this coaching experience based in mindfulness, I become your Third Force. Together, we will develop your skills towards increased productivity, focus and improved relationships. During our sessions we will work through the 8 Elements Approach which includes a study of your environment, habits, and relationships across all areas of your life. You will cultivate a consistent meditation practice, gain tools and strategies towards increased success and experience an overall improvement in your well-being. Movement and mobility coaching is also available.

Coaching sessions are directly tailored to what you need and I am available to meet either in person or online:

  • Session-by-session, $150/session, 60-90 minutes

  • Monthly, 2 sessions/week, $1500/month

  • Monthly, 1 session/week, $800/month

Your initial session is always free. Contact me and let’s get started!

Trained by Mindful Schools out of California, I have the pedigree to bring mindfulness to your classroom. With my own mindfulness and yoga practice spanning over 15 years, I have the knowledge and experience to safely bring the benefits of mindfulness to the classroom.  Guided by an established curriculum, and with my own classroom teaching experience of over 10 years, invite me to your school and invite regulation to your program.

The curriculum is based on an 8-week program and can be made appropriate for any age.
