Why April?

Mindfulness in Entrepreneurship

I was invited to New York City in July, 2017 to pitch to entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk. Gary is the chairman of VaynerX, a modern-day media and communications holding company, and the active CEO of VaynerMedia, a full-service advertising agency servicing Fortune 100 clients across the company’s 4 locations. He is also a founding member of VaynerSports, the new face of sports agency. Check out the video below to see us trauma-informed mindfulness and why it’s important for everyone to have that “third force” in their life.

This is my pitch to Gary Vaynerchuk, entrepreneur and CEO of VaynerMedia. I traveled to New York City to speak with him about mindfulness in sport. Check it out!

About Me

My Manifesto

I’m a coach focused on improving life through meditation, movement and mindfulness. I approach life by studying how we respond to our environment and relationships and developing strategies to reduce overwhelm and live a more centered life. I developed the 8 Elements Approach after 12 years as an educator. Studying in the realms of trauma, neuroscience, movement, attachment and human development, I developed this approach to help those who need strategies to find their true selves and live the life of their dreams.

April is a fabulous mentor and coach. She is patient when you’re trying to process an idea. She is honest but kind. She’ll tell you the truth but won’t hurt your feelings doing it. Her knowledge is profound but she’s not afraid to tell you she doesn’t know. She’s great at researching what she’s unsure of. She is there for you when you need her. The only complaint I would have is that she works too hard!
