Mindfulness in Entrepreneurship
I was invited to New York City in July, 2017 to pitch to entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk. Gary is the chairman of VaynerX, a modern-day media and communications holding company, and the active CEO of VaynerMedia, a full-service advertising agency servicing Fortune 100 clients across the company’s 4 locations. He is also a founding member of VaynerSports, the new face of sports agency. I’m a coach focused on improving life through meditation, movement and mindfulness. I approach life by studying how we respond to our environment and relationships and developing strategies to reduce overwhelm and live a more centered life. I developed the 8 Elements Approach after 12 years as an educator. Studying in the realms of trauma, neuroscience, movement, attachment and human development, I developed this approach to help those who need strategies to find their true selves and live the life of their dreams.
