Testimonials

First and foremost, working together has unlocked a very high level of awareness. I now have the ability to pull myself outside of a situation and analyze it and see what is causing me to feel the way I am feeling. This for me has been very huge in my development as it acts as a mechanism to remove or file away stress and allow me to stay focused. Having said that, I am not perfect at it and there are days that I am better at it than others, but I never had this tool prior to working with you. I would just let things pile up and consume all my bandwidth, giving me the feeling like I was drowning.

Secondly, working with you provides me with a level of accountability I have never had. Something that was needed to keep me on track and focused on the things that matter. You also act as a filter when discussing issues, and re-presenting them in the proper way to allow me to see the path to resolve them.

These two major things have allowed me to get to know myself better.

April is a fabulous mentor and coach. She is patient when you’re trying to process an idea. She is honest but kind. She’ll tell you the truth but won’t hurt your feelings doing it. Her knowledge is profound but she’s not afraid to tell you she doesn’t know. She’s great at researching what she’s unsure of. She is there for you when you need her. The only complaint I would have is that she works too hard!
